modern home, gorgeous sectional

i loved spending the morning photographing this stunning portland home for perch furniture.  the neutral palette and modern vibe felt calm and sophisticated, and i was majorly crushing on the custom sectional from perch and so many of the other locally designed pieces that courtney nye chose for this light-filled home!

HGTV magazine

a photo of mine of a pink portland dining room (that was originally shot for an apartment therapy tour i produced) made it's way to the better homes and gardens HGTV magazine this month.
fun, right?!

vintage in tacoma

this apartment therapy home tour was a fun one!  ana has decorated her first home almost entirely in vintage finds that she has scored at tacoma estate sales.  she has a little room at the back of her house that serves as her etsy vintage clothing store, and has done tons of diy projects around her home.
thanks for showing me around, ana!

i think button is one of portland's best consignment stores,
so i was thrilled to take the photos for their new website!

late autumn love at peninsula park

portrait sessions at peninsula park are one of my favorite things in the world.  this gem of a city park is near and dear to my heart, and has so many gorgeous areas to shoot in.  then throw in a loving, stylish family with absolutely adorable two year old twins, and i am in photography heaven!

a rainy portland wedding

in portland, weddings are outdoors, rain or shine!  this sweet ceremony took place atop mt. tabor, amidst tall trees and umbrellas.  i worked with amy ouellette, and we loved every minute of this stylish, wet, very portland affair!

the home of fleur

kelly and dave are down-to-earth, stylish, and were kind enough to open their home to me and apartment therapy.  their chicago abode is full of beautifully crafted objects, many of which kelly carries in her logan square boutique, and the upstairs space is a cozy retreat that the couple designed and created themselves.
thanks k & d, you two and your home are lovely!
